Through scenario-based exercises and collaborative projects, learners enhance their ability to devise effective risk mitigation strategies, ensuring resilience and informed decision-making in real-world contexts. This course focuses on the role of a consultant to developing and conduct a gap analysis, to align with organisational needs. It involves identifying project areas for improvement, detailing objectives, scope, and resources, and demonstrating a structure for reviewing organisational resilience. Learners create work schedules, perform gap analyses and provide actionable recommendations. A detailed report is produced consolidating findings to inform actions by stakeholders. CPD accredited.
